DO YOU NEED TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?
- Elbabohé assures you a unique and safe purchase. If once your order is received you are not satisfied, you can make any change or return of said product.
In which cases will returns or exchanges be accepted?
- I don’t like my products.
- I want to change it for another that I like more.
- I want to change the size.
- I have received my order in poor condition.
We will accept exchanges or returns as long as the items are in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use. We offer a period of up to 15 calendar days from receipt so that you can exchange or return them for others.
What do I have to do to make a change and / or return?
- Get in touch with us via email at [email protected] and tell us your order number, full name and the reason why you want to make the exchange or return (we will always appreciate if you send us photos to speed up the process). Once we receive your email we will indicate the steps to follow.
- In case the product is broken or in poor condition, you should contact immediately since after 48 hours no claims will be accepted.
- In either case, it is essential that you keep the original packaging with which you received it and send it with the same packaging.
- All costs associated with an exchange or return will be paid by the customer, except for faulty or wrong products, in these cases we will be fully responsible for their cost.
- Once your exchange or return has been received, it will be processed, valued and when it is validated we will send you an email indicating the resolution of your case.
- Once accepted returns will be returned within a maximum period of 15 days after approval.
