DO YOU NEED TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?
Elbabohé assures you a unique and safe purchase. If, once your order is received, you are not satisfied, you can make any change or refund of said product.
IN WHAT CASES WILL EXCHANGES AND RETURNS BE ACCEPTED?
I don't like my products.
-I want to change it for another one that I like better.
-I want to change the size.
-I received my order in poor condition.
We will accept changes or returns as long as the items are in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use. We offer a period of up to 15 calendar days from receipt so that you can change them for others or return them.
WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE AND/OR RETURN?
-You can contact us via email at info@elbabohe.com or via WhatsApp: 667853857 and tell us your order number, full name and the reason for which you want to make the change or return (we will always appreciate if you send us photos to expedite the process). Once we receive your email we will indicate the steps to follow.
-In the event that the product is broken or in poor condition, you must contact us immediately since after 48 hours no claims will be accepted.
-In any of the cases it is essential that you keep the original packaging with which you received it and send it with the same packaging.
-All expenses associated with an exchange or return will be borne by the customer, except for defective or wrong products, in these cases we will be fully responsible for their cost.
-Once your change or return is received, it will be processed, valued and when it is validated we will send you an email indicating the resolution of your case.
-The returns / refunds once accepted will be returned within a maximum period of 15 days after approval.
