Shipping and deliveries
Preparation and shipping time:
- All orders placed before 12:00 p.m. will be prepared and shipped the same day, except for personalized orders that can take up to 4 business days to be produced.
- Your jewelry or clothes will be perfectly protected, with a beautiful packaging, so that it is quite an experience when opening it.
- Orders are sent with the transport company Correos de España.
- The tracking number will be provided via email or WhatsApp once the shipment has been made.
Delivery times and shipping costs:
Spain:
- Deliveries for Spain are 24h/72h on business days.
European Union:
- For deliveries in the European Union they will be between 4 and 7 business days.
Shipping costs €9.90 and free from €120 of purchase.
International:
- Deliveries to the rest of the world between 4 and 12 business days depending on the area.
Shipping costs €24.90 and Free from €250 of purchase.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Shipments to countries outside the European Union may be subject to additional customs taxes and fees. In all cases, these expenses will be borne by the buyer and will be settled at the corresponding customs office. ELBABOHÉ undertakes to take care of all the necessary procedures for the package to pass through customs.
